Programme Highlight

The proposed student residence at Wong Chuk Hang is a project managed by HKU, which will provide two 17-floor towers of student residences comprising student flats with 9/10 rooms. The tower portions containing hostel rooms, staff quarters and bathrooms are constructed with a total of 952nos. of MiC modules.

The project has been selected as one of the two pilot projects for adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong.
