Programme Highlight
The proposed student residence at Wong Chuk Hang is a project managed by HKU, which will provide two 17-floor towers of student residences comprising student flats with 9/10 rooms. It will provide around 1,224 student places as well as living accommodation for management staff and support facilities. The tower portions containing hostel rooms, staff quarters and bathrooms are constructed with a total of 952nos. of MiC modules.
The project has been selected as one of the two pilot projects for adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in Hong Kong.
You are cordially invited to visit the newly completed Student Residence at Wong Chuk Hang. HKU will share their experiences on the use of MiC and how they monitor the full cycle of MiC production transportation and installation using a digital platform developed by HKU.

Registration details
- The technical visit with maximum of participants of 25.
- Participants are NOT required to bring along your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the visit.
