He is experienced in structural, building and project management platforms. He had worked for the government, consultants, contractor and NGO. He also serves as an associate professor and served HKIE as a professional assessor for over 20 years.
Ir Eva Lee Ho Yan (Young Engineer)

NEC4 ECC Project Manager
She is a Senior Building Engineer of Hip Hing Construction, who has 8 years of contractor working experience. Under Scheme A training, she had obtained MHKIE at her 5th year of working experience. She will share how she prepared herself for proofing her competence in fulfilling HKIE requirements during the professional assessment as a young building engineer.
Programme Highlight
This seminar is aimed to help members to understand the requirements for professional review assessment of Building Discipline, including the 12 HKIE competence requirements.
There will have 2 speakers for the seminar, including our Building Discipline professional review assessor, Ir Philip Kwok and a young engineer, Ir Eva Lee who passed the assessment as MHKIE. With the first-hand sharing experience of a young engineer, she will share how she selected topics from her past experience projects and how she prepared for the experience and training report and interview. Ir Philip Kwok will also share some tips for topic selection in ones’ project with concrete examples.
