Programme highlight
Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is considered a solution for tackling the shortage in local labour force, it has become a hot topic in the building industry. HKCI has pioneered to put this topic as the main theme in last year’s Annual Seminar by giving insights for MiC. Following the ardent discussion and studies in the local industry for MiC in recent years, the seminar will focus on issues for challenges in design, prefabrication, transportation, installation and inspection for compliance.
