Programme Highlight

As enablers of digitalization, Glodon provides digital building solutions to cover entire lifecycle of buildings for almost 30 years. Glodon has established 8 R&D centers and over 80 subsidiaries worldwide, with a sales and service network spanning over 100 countries and regions, serving 390,000 corporate clients with professional products and services.

Glodon Guangzhou Digital Technology Building is our fifth self-owned building, following our facilities in Beijing (Phase 1 and 2), Shanghai and Xi’an. It’s also known as one of the 8 R&D centers, South China Headquarters and Industry Big Data Center. Having been developed since 2022 and completed in 2024, this project is a comprehensive practice of using our own BIM software throughout the entire construction process, making it highly significant to us. The building has eight floors above ground and two underground levels. In total, it covers about 18,000 square meters. In terms of the exterior design, we integrated the rooftop with the surrounding landscape.

From above, you’ll see that the roof is designed to resemble a microchip, fitting into the urban grid—symbolizing the ideas of technology, intelligence, and core power. This building is a deep integration of deep integration of human-centered, green and digital architecture.

The main sessions of this technical visit are as follows:

  4.  Glodon NOVA Building Design Solutions Sharing

 

Registration details  

  • The technical visit is free of charge with maximum of 30 participants. 
  • Prior registration is required. Mobile phone number is required to be provided for the registration. It will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to Building Division members. For registration, please kindly contact Ir Eva Lee for reservation.
  • Confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants at least 5 days before the event.
  • An electronic copy CPD certificate will be issued to attendees within one month after the event.
