| Programme Highlight The Dedicated Rehousing Estate (DRE) at Ma Tau Kok, developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), provides timely rehousing for residents affected by urban redevelopment projects, featuring modern residential towers and comprehensive community facilities. The development comprises a 2-storey basement, three 3-storey podiums, two 25-storey Subsidised Sale Flat (SSF) towers, and one 27-storey Public Rental Housing block, designed to enhance urban living quality. A key highlight of the project is the MiC Collaboration Centre “MiSEA,” located within the site, which serves as both the site office and a hub for promoting construction safety, innovation, and workers’ welfare. You are cordially invited to visit the “MiSEA” office of the Ma Tau Kok project to share the safety and wellness concepts, introduce the safety promotion initiatives adopted in the project, showcase the welfare facilities provided to workers and see the control capsule of the remote tower crane, which enhances the safety of tower crane operations through advanced remote-control technology.
