Stephen serves as a BIM specialist at Permasteelisa Gartner Retail, bringing a decade of experience to the architectural and façade industries. He helps bridge the gap between design concepts and technical execution through the use of digital modeling.

This seminar presents Permasteelisa Gartner Retail, a global leader in custom facades for luxury brands. Using a recent landmark project as a case study, it traces the full design-build process — from conceptual sketches and engineering to precise fabrication and site installation — highlighting how strategic BIM modeling ensures geometric accuracy, structural integrity, and seamless project delivery in complex 3D facade projects.
