Programme Highlight: This technical seminar will introduce an end-to-end quality control strategy specifically for substructure fixing systems. Given current industry practices and traditional contractual arrangements, substructure fixing systems often involve multiple stakeholders with shared design and installation responsibilities. The proposed end-to-end strategy systematically segments the entire process into key milestones, namely the design stage, construction stage, and final inspection and documentation stage, providing a structured framework to enhance quality assurance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
