Part 1: Tea Workshop by Hong Kong Tea Arts College Limited 香港茶藝學院有限公司

(1.5 hour)

目的：放鬆身心減輕壓力,透過品茗以舒緩身心，以提升成年人的精神健康

茶藝工作坊流程內容

  1. 介紹茶的起源
  2. 茶葉的分類與製作
  3. 玩小遊戲分出六大茶類
  4. 茶具的認識及應用
  5. 體驗親自用6個程序用不同手法沖泡茶葉(2026明前龍井&台灣阿里山高山烏龍茶)
  6. 茶席禮儀：叩手禮/握茶杯
